Introduction

These release notes provide you with information about the latest upgrade to the Maestro management platform for Teamline. This is a feature release and is effective from February 2019.

Call record filtering

In the Call Records page, you can filter the active calls and call history records by start time, duration, direction, local site (room name), or remote site. To filter results by category in ascending or descending order, click the up or down arrow next to the appropriate heading in the table. For example:

To refine the results, click a category in the Filter By list, then select an option or enter information in the text fields. For example:

To clear a specific filter, click the X next to the filter or click Clear all filters. To save search results as a .csv file, click Export to CSV.

Meeting room filtering

In the Meeting Rooms tab page, you can filter the room table by room name, location, or status. To filter results by category in ascending or descending order, click the up or down arrow next to the appropriate heading in the table. For example:

To refine the results, click a category in the Filter By list, then select an option from the drop-down list. For example:

Enter a name in the Search Room Name field to locate a specific room. (Wildcards are not supported.)

To clear a specific filter, click the X next to the filter or click Clear all filters.

User permissions

In the Maestro Users tab page, you can specify if users have full administrator privileges or if they can manage specific locations only. Click Edit next to a user then select Administrator (full) or Administrator (restricted). Full administrators can access all functionality in Maestro. Restricted users can manage one or more locations, and cannot mange users or add locations.

Deprecated features

On the Touch, the Skype for Business and Classic UI options are no longer supported.
